What we are usually brought in to do

- Over-excavation — structural over-ex to the depth the soils report requires
- Pad preparation — building pads, shop pads, and barn pads brought to grade
- Footers — footing excavation coordinated with the concrete trade
- Retention and drainage — retention ponds and site drainage shaped per civil plans
- Auger work — fence line and post holes across acreage
- Driveways and parking — subgrade prep for drives, lots, and access
